We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information
- Delete your account via the Profile Dashboard
- Export your racing data and telemetry
- Opt-out of non-essential communications
- Right to Erasure: You may request the permanent deletion of your account. This includes the irreversible removal of your display name, email, nationality, profile photo, personal race history, and individual championship stats. Please note that aggregate, anonymised historical statistics may be retained for platform integrity.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Project Racer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms govern your use of our simulation software, website, and related services.
User Conduct & Fair Play
- Drivers must maintain sportsmanship at all times on the track.
- Intentional crashing, corner-cutting, or exploiting game mechanics will result in immediate bans.
- Respect the decisions of the Official Stewards in all disputes.
- Accounts are strictly personal; sharing accounts to boost rankings is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Project Racer Sim Hub is an independent community platform. All in-game assets, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, and engine code, are the intellectual property of UMO Games. We do not claim ownership of these game assets.
The platform's custom features, including the hub interface, database structures, and community-contributed technical guides, are the property of Project Racer Sim Hub or its respective creators.
Users may not extract, modify, or distribute these assets without explicit permission. User-generated content remains the property of the creator, but by submitting it, you grant Project Racer a non-exclusive license to host and display it.
Termination
Project Racer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
